has been in the business of stockbroking
since its incorporation on the 15th of April,
1991. We have experienced the open outcry
system during which we used to spend hours
standing in MSEconduding our business.
After this, we started online trading in NSE
and BSE.Moving from MSEto NSEtrading
was a big jump, and as a corporate policy,
we decided that it would be better if we
associate ourselves with a good corporate
brand. For about five years (till 2001), we
were associated with local NSEbrokers,
an association that had its own merits and
demerits. During this time, two marketing
executives from KSapproached us, trying to
convince us to take up a franchisee offer and
soon we made the decision to join them.
Looking back, during the initial years of our
association with KS, much of our time and
energy was spent on creating the rules and
terms of our business relationship. We learnt
about KS's business ethos, its ethics and tried
to match them with our motto, which is
"Privileged to Serve". We had our share of
teething problems, but in retrospect those
tiffs only strengthened our relationship.
Every top executive who has been a part of
KSsince those days will definitely be able
to share an anecdote or two about Divya
Swaroopa and me.
OUR TEAM'S PULSE ...
Our team consists of a good mix of
young as well as experienced personnel.
Each and every member of the team has
been hand-picked by me. I brought them
into the organisation when they were
raw with no previous work experience
in this field, especially because I didn't
want them to harbour any preconceived
notions about the work. I do not believe
in educational degrees, but believe in
one's dedication towards work and their
keenness to learn. We have created three
levels in our company. Six members hold
fort at the top, eight members occupy the
middle level and another four members
form the last level. However, members are
responsible for taking their own decisions
and are encouraged to learn from their
mistakes. And everyone has been trained
to avoid false excuses and lies. Truth,
however painful, is respected
and accepted.

Divya Swaroopa has never spent time
worrying about the competition. We do
not compare ourselves with others and
strongly believe that whatever we do, we
do with good intentions and in the best
interest of the client.
We believe that to be successful, the only
real motivation is the passion you feel for
